We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
🛍️ Eligible Returns
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days (excluding original delivery charges).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Personalised items, including cards with handwritten messages or custom text.

Items that have been used or damaged after delivery (unless faulty).
