Refund Policy – Smiley’s Card Shop

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

🛍️ Eligible Returns

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days (excluding original delivery charges).

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Personalised items, including cards with handwritten messages or custom text.

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery (unless faulty).
