1. Introduction
Welcome to Smileys Card Shop. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Ordering
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Confirmation of your order does not guarantee acceptance until payment has been received and processed.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices include UK VAT. Payment must be made at the time of order via the payment methods available on our website.
4. Shipping
We post orders via Royal Mail:

First Class: 1–3 working days

Second Class: 3–5 working days
Orders paid for before 4pm (Mon–Fri) are posted the same day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during busy periods such as holidays.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in their packaging. Personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty or damaged. Please contact us at smileyscardshop@gmail.com before returning any items. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty. Please read returns and refunds on this website.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If a card arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at smileyscardshop@gmail.com. We will provide a replacement or refund and cover return postage.
7. Personalised Items
Please ensure all personalisation details are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for errors in personalised text provided by the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to ensure our products are as described, but we cannot be held responsible for indirect losses or events beyond our control.
