Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We hope you’ll love your card, but if you change your mind you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at smileyscardshop@gmail.com before returning your item so we can guide you through the process.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on personalised or custom-made cards unless they are faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your card arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately at smileyscardshop@gmail.com. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and cover the cost of return postage.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and checked the returned item. Please note: customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the card is faulty.
